There are so many variants in each build, that any list would necessarily be both incomplete for some, and too much for others.
Even for things that every car needs (e.g., a fuel delivery system), there are as many variations as there are cars. I doubt that anyone has done their fuel system exactly like another.
That's not to say that a list of potential parts for a given subsystem wouldn't be useful. For example, in the fuel delivery system vein, most everyone uses a low pressure pump, a high pressure pump, one or more filters, and a swirl pot as a minimum. My car has all that, plus a carbon recovery canister, a roll-over valve to stop leakage if the car is upside down, and a manual shutoff valve, along with a boatload (I think that is the term of art) of fittings and hose.
