Have only just seen this thread, and i am sure it is all done and dusted now.
Pity, i only life 2 hrs drive away and would have been happy to go and look at it !

Andrew, THANKS for the response. Once I told him, I had some one set to come and inspect it for me he quit communicating. He told me he would be available all one day, but wouldn't give a number to be reached at. As thought, I'm sure it was another scam.
