It would be nice to see the list, so we know who the 4 year old children who can't stand to read opposing viewpoints are.

I still have a couple of users on ignore.

I never "ignore" someone because they express their opinion.

If I "ignore" someone, it is because they have become personally insulting toward me for having an opinion.

David is right....it is SUCH a relief to be able to look at that little "this message is hidden because ****** is on your ignore list" and know that WHATEVER it was that caused you to ignore them is never again going to raise your blood pressure.
