Hi Stephane, 1052 is here in TX undergoing restoration. they need original rear tail lights as they are taking this from race car back to street car. Do you have any rear lights left?

Thank you for your UN1 knowledge.

I will be using a box sold to me as from a Renault 30. It was claimed to be brand new, and, surprise, surprise, it probably is. Have taken the bellhousing off, and there only appears to be assembly lube.

I'm told that the major weakness with these boxes is the '2 part input shaft'. And that this should be replaced with a one piece unit.

I would appreciate a simple explanation, and whether a 'one piece' shaft can be obtained. Locally, Albins gears cannot help, and emails to a New Zealand gent who seems to know his UN1 stuff go unanswered.

Any help appreciated. And your posts are well read.
