  • hi Mike,
you certainly can have a ride, It may be at Brands Hatch though, but a lot depends on noise levels !! at the moment it sounds fantastic , but most tracks have noise limits on most track days. we will get you a ride !!

    Hello Mike:

I want to check the front bearings on my SPF. Can you give me a quick overview of the disassembly?? I have the tool from Dennis.

    Thanks,

    Tom
Hi, I was reading through some older posts and saw that back in 2012 you were working on a rear diffuser for the back of a Mk.1, but the thread died before ever mentioning price or availability. I've got a Mk.II and am interested in something like that for the rear of my car, so I was wondering if this ever came to be produced? If so, is there a version for the Mk.II's? If you could pass me any info on this it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Kevin Sawyers

I loved your post good laugh. Yeah Dennis is the guru and I go with what he says. But my spec is road track and I wanted to see if any others had gone there, apparently not so much in the USA. Seems most have these as street supercars and maybe what i want to get from the car is not what ots really good at. Hence all my posts.

BTW your car is stunning, and I love the color.
I am going with a light blue, lighter than gulf blue more powder blue with of white stripes a little wider than usual for spf.
    Hello Michael,

I noticed on a recent post that you have a heat panel for a MKI, and you are interested in selling it. My vehicle will not arrive here from SA until June/July, and until then, I won't know how much, if any heat shielding I will need. I can understand that in Colorado, you are good to go without such. Here in So. Cal. we have a desert climate and it can get hot in the summer. Once I learn what my needs really are, I'll check back with you to see if you have sold it yet. I read your prior posts about the thrill of picking up your car, and then being able to drive it around your hometown. I'm hoping I'll have the same great experience. Regards, Robert
