fortunately, the Radical truck always has spare starters...I tried to bump start it going backwards while rolling off the track but it was not to be. This is a GSXR1300R so is probably the same Denso starter...super easy to change, not super cheap though :/

Actually it was the left front lower A-arm snapping and deranging the tire. The Radical guys didn't have a spare so I had to pack up and go home. Fortunately it happened at a slow part of the track and didn't do too much damage.
