Howard I think you are spot on.
1) There was a reason Fran changed the rear toe link from the street version to the race version. The street version under high loads flex.

Just shy of a Gallon. Mobil Delvac. We ran this for all the 25 hr races. When we would use 1 gallon it would always puke a little into the catch can. If I remember correctly. use a tie wrap and stick down side fill hole on drivers side. 65mm from bottom seems to be the magic volume.

You can send current set and they will build to exact length if you wish.
Call them and ask about High temp zero lash type cables.

Save yourself some money.
For $100 each you can get a zero lash high temp shift cables. The cables that come with the shifter are not zero lash. They have up to 1/4" play in cable ends. That makes finding the gate iffy.
