I have rather large feet ... LOL ... So I am using a 2010 Corvette non electric column. For any one on the forum, I will sell for $200 plus shipping cost. After looking on Ebay, I think that's fair.

I have the XLR column that comes with the SLC for sale. Includes the steering wheel and quick release that is supplied. Figure I would see if any one needs it here before I put it out on Ebay. Have a spare e-brake handle too !

Not sure if I will just cut a small slot for clearance, or have a plastic shop heat it and make a bubble shape to clear the back corners. I have a while to figure it out. LoL

Cross member coated and installed. Bolted right in so if at any time in the future (hope not) the pan can drop out with no issues. *Proper length bolts to follow*:thumbsup:

The GM mounts that Fran supplied. With the windage and pickup tube on this LSA .... The pan had to come STRAIGHT down. I felt I was too far along to considder removing the engine, just to get the pan off. The way that the cross member is now held in the "pockets" on the ends, I think it should...

Warning to all. It is near impossible to remove an oil pan from an LS. Or at least it was for me with my combination. End result was to cut out the cross member, remove it in three sections, and fab a new one that will come out If needed. Parts are at powder coater, I'll post pix...

Looks like I need to remove my oil pan .. Has any one altered the engine cross member to allow oil pan removal with out lifting the engine out ?

Great Idea about the lift sleeve on top of the spring ! One issue I had was the "loop" for the suspension travel in the hose. I will be moving mine to the top of the spring ! Thanks !

I have seen pictures of the lift sleeve on top of the spring, and pictures of it below the spring. As far as I can tell it will work both ways. Is there a "correct" position ?

I talked to Fran about the wing and the issue with leaving it off. He said it starts working around 60MPH so keep in mind you may not have a whole lot holding you down after that ! LoL
