    Replace alloy uprights

There was (is?) a make called Raceleda which looks very similar to the ones Tornado supplies. Are they "sisters"? I saw a set of these on our Swedish forum (Cortina/Taunus) https://forum.locostsweden.se/index.php?/topic/15365-raceleda-spindlar/

    Replace alloy uprights

I would say that this is not completely true - that SFRO only accept SGT uprights. It is more factors than uprights that they consider, the same is for Super Seven where Taunus/Cortina is a popular upright but not the ideal geometry. I and many other had that upright and the overall judgement...

    Shocks/Springs dimensions

Thanks @blueovalz for you extensive feedback :) Yes, it would be good to have some info from Tornado-guys that have built and tested their suspensions. What I meant with "full drop" is the maximum drop I get with just the wishbones and uprights fitted - just dropping them in "free air". This is...

    Shocks/Springs dimensions

Hi, Looking at shocks for my Tornado build. The car will be used on road but still capable to do a couple of track days per year. Thinking of Protech shocks and springs, 2,25" and single adjustable 400 series. A few questions that I would like to have your guidance on. Shocks Open length...

Experiences with wheel bearings and retaining compound

Thanks @Twosheds I agree, I also felt a bit suspicious about this but I was told it is a common solution....but a bit hesitant. Front wheel bearings carries quite some load. I'll give it a try and see how it turns out, so ordered a 638...

Experiences with wheel bearings and retaining compound

Hey guys, Do you have experiences with retaining compounds with wheel bearings? I need to use retaining compound on my front wheel bearings which can be seen here: https://office.jarkeborn.se/index.php/s/pirEPLzQtaXHq7L Loctite has several types of retaining compounds and wonder which one to use.
