That means I have to remove the rear clip, axles, the transaxle, disconnect the clutch line, the rear cross member, the bellhousing, and clutch to just get to the flywheel. Not to mention another $350 for a new flywheel!!!!!
Tried to start the car today but the starter doesn't engage the ring gear on the flywheel. Here is my setup
ZF transaxle
Kennedy Engineered Products bellhousing
Aluminum 153-tooth flywheel
Ford hi-torque mini-starter
I'm getting close!

Those headers and those stubs are beautiful. Welding headers has always facinated me. I would love to try doing a set sometime just for the experience
I am running my speed trigger off holes (to be drilled) in the rotor. According to the calculations provided with the trigger, I need 10 holes. There aren't 10 bolts on the rotors
Ian-
I used an Xacto blade and made a + in the material through the hole. The screw then passes through the material easily without tearing it up.
Now that I've exorcised the wiring gremlins, I can move on to finishing the car. Tonight I installed my Canton remote oil filter mount and...
All the problems have been resolved
No horn - I forgot the ground wire from the horn switch
No left turn signal - dead wire. Snaked a new one in the bundle
Constant B+ - fixed
Very well done Chuck. I had the same issues with my body but my painter didn't do as good a job fixing the problem areas. Oh well. With your approach, you will end up with a very good alignment with nice tight gaps.

I'm really impressed with your progress and all aspects of the kit. This will truly showcase your talents and the Tornado kit.
Back to the wheels...you might consider a second set of BRM's and paint the centers black. I just think that will make your car look super bad!!! Just my $.02 :)
