Shouldn't have to do any plumbing for the throw out besides the fitting on the bottom of the trans-axle, a flex line from there going to the clutch hard line.

The RCR set up works without any issues. You can use the CTS-V mount with the RCR set up but not the idler pulley. Or you can use the CTS-V set up with the tensioner in the stock position along with the mount, idler pulley, belt and the pulley made to replace the power steering pump.

The CTS-V alternator and mount can be used with the RCR set up, the belt length is a bit different though. I use this alternator: ACDelco 25766345

Should be already aligned, you can test it by sliding the whole set up on to the trans-axle shaft prior to installing it on the flywheel. It's a precise fit.

The wire with the ? is no longer used and would have been for the electrical tilt and telescoping. The 12V? is ignition on power, there should be the other side of the spade connector in harness somewhere.
