I bolt mine to the front splitter in front of the tire, attach it with the aero catches and bolt it through the vertical aluminum in front of the radiator through the nose panel along side of it. Makes it more secure and still only takes five minutes to take the nose off.

Thanks everyone. I went for longer drive today and it was a lot of fun. The wind just hits the top of my head but it's still a good idea to where goggles. The roll bar double hoop is about 4 inches above my head. I made the pillar covers because the dash will also be used in a coupe version...
Power is coming from the back of the fan switch and is only on when the fan is on. From there is goes to the ac rotary switch.
The power will only go to the ac switch when the fans are on and if the ac rotary switch is turned to the point where it allows power to go out to the trinary switch.
I've been upgrading all my SLC's to the Maradyne fans which give over 1500cfm's per fan. They have made a huge difference in keeping the temps down.

you can easily program it to stop where you want and it automatically reverses.
I've done it successfully twice. Keep the body well supported and try not to flex it at all. Having the tires off helps for clearance and make sure everything is disconnected from the main body.

The groove on the roof panel does not go into the tongue of the spider. The area is trimmed so the front roll bar can go into the panel. If the roof panel extends too far out the front it can be trimmed back some.
The rear firewall should already have an area cut away for the air to go into...
