    parts for 40s are getting hard to get in Oz, DRB gone, RF who knows and Pace are so busy they dont have anyspare......I got a feeling Mark is locked in as supplier to RCR and cant sell me side windows....

    JIM C ALLOY BODIED GT40

    I love this car, when i close my eye's and think of a perfect 40 i see cars like Jim's and Bill D's . Truly fantastic builds ,not perfect to the mm but perfect to the eye and soul. Infact I think soul is what sums this type of car up. Hand made ,not CNC'd to death. Great work Jim.

    01E Cable shifter

    Ok Im hating my current cable shifter (Its a modified Audi 5000) . Just doesnt have enough throw sideways between gates. Is there another alternative out there for the 01E 6spd?

    Hind sight says if I you are going power then get a twin plate set up from the start.

    Big thanks go to Jon at Southbend Clutch. They have bulit me a clutch plate to try and hopefully this one can can hang on.

    AVON CR6ZZ......and they grip awesome.....maybe an easy fix is to put BFG tyres on it for tyre frying action. Got a new 4 Puck plate organised but Im not looking forward to the harsh gear changes and so on that come with angry clutches...
