Hi Darrin I used a black polyurethane adhesive/sealant which I purchased from Car Builders Solutions here in the UK, its equivalent to Sikaflex/Tigerseal Black Polyurethane Adhesive/Sealant - POLY I ran a thin bead either side of the rivets etc like this

The floor panels are now all rivetted and the car has been turned back over. The air riveter that Keith lent me was brilliant, it took no time to rivet the stainless rivets into the chassis, the most time consuming thing was running the sealant on the chassis. Thanks alot for lending me it...
