Quick question before I attack my panel!
I am currently trimming my panels so they fit flush against my frame.
I am wondering what's the best way to trim a panel around a weld bead which has
A 90 degree return flange on it. My inner cockpit side panel has this flange
Which butts against the lower seatback bulkhead panel. Do I cut off the flange by the weld or notch out between the flange and the panel to clear the weld.
Hope this makes sense, if not I'll make up a drawing.
