Calling Quaife ZFQ Owners - Speedo Connection

From what I read the speedo cable is too short for the quaiffe. Mine was broken as a result (too tight of a turn at the speedo) Robert Kay has an adapter installed on his, which gives it more length. It appears to work fine for him. Many have switched to a GPS unit. (including myself)

    rear upper control arm bracket

Does any one have the reinforcement brackets for sale for the upper control arm mount point so they mount in double shear? And does anyone have the reinforcement "caps" for the rear upper shock mount? Thanks! Gus

    P2304

Right, My GT40, with or without AC is the most comfortable car I own. I have done many a long drive in my Cobra, AC Ace, Aceca and Jag.... all amounting to a sweat fest on a hot day... I like my Air-conditioning... ;)

    P2304

Mike, Put the AC back on! I sealed most leaks (I found a few more) and with the AC it makes it super comfy... I've driven 450 mile trips in complete comfort in 85 degree heat. I use self adhesive neoprene (4 millimeter thickness). It is easy to cut, malleable and does a great job completely...

Mike, more than likely user error, but I followed the steps. The file size may be too big, but it states it automatically sizes the photos down... They're JPEG images.

For some reason my photos do not upload. Is it because I'm running a MAC, is it the browser? I follow the steps, but each time the upload is unsuccessful. Not sure why it has to be such a complicated process, but then again, this is not my expertise.

    Keeping the dirt out

The first encounter with a massive downpour was a few weeks back, I wasn't so happy, but after RA, I'm taking it in stride. I drive my cars. It's been road legal for 7 weeks, I just passed 2000 miles on it... A nice consolation was that I took 1st in class in the Saturday night Classic car show...

    Keeping the dirt out

It was all that! I guess I'm not a man of many words... I assume most on this forum have been there themselves, but I could be wrong. You forgot to mention water getting into the cabin and soaking my legs... in spite of my efforts to waterproof the car! I suppose I have more work to do...

    Keeping the dirt out

Having driven about 900 miles this weekend to Road America and back, and being caught in a massive downpour, I was wondering if any of you have found a good way of keeping the dirt out of the the engine compartment and the front end.... It is amazing how filthy this thing gets...
