Gents, Your comments are graciously received and humbling. I must say though that there are many quality builds out there and ultimately the individuals satisfaction in the product of their efforts is the most important aspect of any build. I enjoyed mine so much that I am going to do it...

Hi gents. Nice pick-up Andy. James, What method was used to attach the socket post to the alloy mounting block and does the post need any further mods after being cut??

Just a standard two car garage Richard. Like everyone else I could do with three times the space. The everyday cars have never been housed a day in their life but that a small price to pay. I can't complain though as I have seen guys working with much less space than I have.

Jack, Your assumption is correct. The car has been 99% complete since December last year. I say 99% because I still have a few bits and pieces to tidy up including the upholstery. I have since waited until late February this year to finally get my engineer to do the ADR testing and then submit...

Very true Pete, It is a very exciting time in the build which is very satisfying. Unfortunately I have been very slack and I have not kept this thread up to date. These photo’s were taken back in October ’05. That dust is just the worst thing. My garage looked like a scene from ET with the...
