Just put the name through a search with out success...:anxious: Is there a link.... The shirt looks good. My local promotions shop indicated that he can embrioder any logo on a shirt or cap, providing I supply it to him and pay a small fee of $25 to have it put on the disc for the...

    Clear Bra

Yes I have also seen the 3M adhesive/contact. It was layed/laid on with the backing sheet and trimmed to fit. The only negative is that it holds dirt on the edge of the material that requires a little extra cleaning. It is near invisible otherwise...

Ideas for Completing the Rear Undertray

Thanks again for the Posts guys.....good ideas to play with Bobski, yes that is what I have been considering. As Todd has said keeping it simple. However, I find that following Todd in the GT40, I keep thinking it needs something to fill the area either side of the trans axle - my...

I used the dynamat on all of the interior surfaces. I have even attached it to the roof section under trim. Additionally on all interior door panels to stop the drum.. Guessing I would say that I have reduced interior noise by about 40%... Cost in total was just over $200

Re: Any ideas GT40 lovers!!! Thanks guys for the input. DAZPT. Yes I saw the GT40 over in the garage area. I have a photo of the tray but as the rear clip was up I could not see how he finished the tray from the back. I have considered making up a panel that has two splitters each side in...

Ideas for Completing the Rear Undertray

Hi all, I have posted here to get a few ideas from GT40 builders and general lovers of the GT40. I am now at the end of the re build of the GT40 and considering some way of dressing up the rear end area. The MK11 rear photos I have looked at have a triangulated frame under the...

    This sound deadening great

Hi all, I have been installing dynamat in my GT40 and it has made a huge change in reducing the drum effect and noise. It is a very thin mat attached to an adhesive back. The front surface has an aluminum cover. I have installed it between the fibre glass and interior lining. It is...

    DRB land

Hi all, If the GT40 has been professionally built is it realistic to see a figure over $200,000. Whilst I have not seen the car up close it certainly glows with professional build and quality fittings. It does not take much to see dollars run up at $75+ per hour Not to mention some of the...

    Audi trans axle strengthen??

Hi all, Gave the GT40 a real work out yesterday and all appears good. The strengthening plate is not that obvious one installed and I have only experienced a slight weeping of oil which I will get onto with some extra tension. When you are going at 9/10th you really get to understand and...
