Fred W B Yes could repair, however I have cracked it right around and I'm concerned alignment may be difficult. I backed over a large steel small post that lifted the rear of the box and cracked the casting right around. Think it may be simpler to just replace the cast section - pending...

Huw Thanks we filled it to the plug and with the trans up off the ground turned the box over and topped it up. I looked at the box external size and see that we have possibly put plenty in. The gears rotate in different directions so think we have the right level.. Thanks again Bernie
