Leon, You probably mention it in this thread but, what intake manifold did you use, or did you cast it yourself? Also, why are the intake tubes clearanced on the inner side? Don't you have car track days in NZ? Nothing like trundling around in the slow group with the likes of Honda Civic Rs ;)

Wow.... There is a lot going on in this thread. Electric cars are getting more capable, the more they progress the more I have interest. But one thing that never really seems to get addressed - what are we going to do with all the spent batteries? Has somebody worked out the cost of battery...

Might want to consider opening up the rear clam (slotted vents) where the window used to be in order to exhaust heat better (?)

You can get by with the c4 stuff up front for a while. But no sense in wasting your time trying to make the c4 last in the rear. Bite the bullet and upgrade now, save yourself the pain later.

It's unlikely that the lift system itself is causing lack of movement (what spring rate are you using). A 3" spring will give minimum compression travel before coil bind sets in, I'd guess as little as 1" of actual shock travel before going 'solid'. Perhaps the spring is coil bound (bottomed...
