    Fuel System

Thanks for taking the time to write this up so thoroughly, always appreciated. I was wondering how the fuel compartment cover fits for you? From the pic it looks to me like the tank is too far forward, I had to move mine a bit towards the rear to get the koso level sender to clear the cover.

    Nekkid pics

I brightened that image up a bit to show some detail. Man that is one sexy creation. Looks like the nose is elongated a bit and there are exit holes that could allow the steering rack to go inside the cabin.

    Fuel Pump

Just got off the phone with one of the Radium guys: Fuel Surge Tanks They are coming out with a surge tank shortly that has an integrated pressure regulator. That is 3 less lines to fail and will make for a very clean installation. Here are some dimensions on their tanks...

    Grant's SL-C Build tread

Nice work Grant! I appreciate the lumbar support you've built into your seats, most race seats I've seen have none whatsoever. Any plans to make the head rest adjustable?

RCR Visit and feedback March 2013

Mike, those wheels don't even remotely fit. I caused the RCR guys a lot of grief trying to make them fit somehow. They had to take f&r calipers off. They are 17" and 18", the SLC requires 18/19, some 18s will fit the rear depending on barrel design. The wagon wheels you see in the pic are not...

RCR Visit and feedback March 2013

I guess the SLC makes any wheel look good. Those are bottom of the barrel stock C5 wheels, affectionately called wagon wheels. I just can't make up mind on wheels so just needed something to get the car home with for now.

RCR Visit and feedback March 2013

Thanks for the sentiments guys, I'm very excited. My plan is to build a durable open track car that does not need to be trailered. There will be some compromises to accomplish this such as pad and tire compounds. HP will be very conservative since I don't want the liability of any more than I...

RCR Visit and feedback March 2013

Just got back from an RCR pilgrimage to pick up my SLC. I took a few SLC shots if anybody is interested in seeing the state of their car, attached below. I must say my experience so far has been very smooth, car was delivered in the promised time frame and no surprises. An exciting...

Building a center dash display - feedback?

The joycon description mentions that it conforms to standard USB HID, meaning it emulates a standard usb keyboard. With a host USB adapter such as this: Galaxy Tab It should be doable I would think. Also we should keep in mind that Android is nothing but a chopped down linux kernel, as...

Building a center dash display - feedback?

Good to see there is interest in this type of project within the SLC community. I'm also thinking along these lines for a solution to get additional vehicle data displayed to compliment what the Koso dash can display. My thinking so far has been to utilize an Android tablet as a starting point...
