All the bars I ground the edge off to the rad I wanted. If I want a larger rad I use an 8mm flat bar bolted in the beam and push into the V. Jim

fitting up one side then I just reversed it for the left. Doing a prep with prekote before painting. Fitted seat belt mounts to the frame before installing the panels.
