Yes, we're able to make custom stub axles. A true one-off is expensive. It makes the most sense to design a stub axle that works with a common bearing and a universally-adopted upright replacement.

Howard, What's that all-in estimated cost for the solution using adapters and sandwich plates? Adapters + bearings in a link posted earlier in this thread were est $1200 per side. Isn't it slightly less expensive to just make a new upright work with the less expensive C7 hubs? Best, John
