Does anyone here have an EV?

collect our first eV on Monday, a Kia ev6 gt line s awd. Tested the. VW id 4 and 5, ford mach e and Capri, and the Nissan ariya. Kia was the quietest inside, had a cross dash rather than big Central screen, and drove very well. All personal opinion. Capri is based on vw id5. So now Wendy's...

    Suspension parts for gtd mk1

the original GTD bushing were the rubber silent block type of bushing. If you wish to replace, either convert the arms to take rose/heim joint or talk to aftermarket bush suppliers and get some polyurethane bushings to fit. The latter is the easiest option and well worth it.

    Snap Vent Placement...

I have mine in position A, maybe a little more rearwards but close. Exact same type of vent. Just position them to avoid blocking your mirrors. They work really well in this area.

    UN1 021 : Ready to run with a 427SBC?

From what I remember any chevy 350 engine running a renault transaxle, if pushed hard, had gearbox issues whereas ford 302s did not get the same issues. If not going to push it hard then chevy power was ok. That was with the 350 chevy. If you go for a bigger chevy than the 350 all i can...

New Superformance darting L or R at only 40mph.

Suspension aligment is my gut reaction to those symptoms. Also don't forget to check your rear wheel toe as that can have weird effects if not set correctly. Often overlooked.

    Need Help Identify GT40

ah yes that mini  11 Mk2s by the factory with 2 mk1s being later converted to mk2s by customers. And 10 Lola T70s. 319 mk1s. 6 chassis numbers ordered but then cancelled. In the Mk1/2s all bar 9 had ford 302s. Allegedly!;)

    Need Help Identify GT40

    Gearbox HEWLAND

I only ever saw two hewlands fitted to GTDs. Can't remember what they were (DG600 for the late Tony Marsh's twin turbo car perhaps?) but both required custom chassis work.

    Gt40 - GTD Chassis Number

It was not completely uncommon for customers to put their own chassis numbers onto a car. Look for the chassis stamped one. Thats the one that matters. Other items look GTD but need more chassis pictures to be certain.

    Gt40 - GTD Chassis Number

HI Not a chassis number matching any record I have, sorry. GTD chassis numbers in 1989 were five digit and ran between 13989 and 19889. GTD stamped their chassis numbers directly into the chassis on the cross member where the pedal box mounts, the forward cross member not the one nearer your...
