Does anyone know if the gulf type cars and cars built after to gulf specs (e.g. 1061, 1051, etc) had wider front clamshells corresponding to the wider rear clam?

Trailering home or will you do some shake down testing in NC? Few other questions if you don't mind sharing: - Is the tank on the left side a dry sump tank? - I notice the oil cooler is on the right side vs. on 1051 it is on left; was that just for best fitment? - Did they fabricate a scoop...
