Fuel system, exhaust, rear suspension.

In the interest of full disclosure, the interior does have some wear. I was considering replacing the carpets as the trim on the edges on some pieces are frayed. Note "Roush" signature.

Front suspention/brakes

In response to a couple questions that I have had, the car is registered as a 1966 Ford GT40. GTD chassis #4020390. The car has A/C, attached is shot of the compressor. The brakes have servo assist, which seems to be a GTD standard install.

Painting the edges is a great idea. You could use any sealer behind that and it won't show. I was just thinking about the lack of ventilation in the cabin. If I put the hinges on the rear edge of the vent, opening on the front edge, I wonder how much fresh air you would scoop in at 100+ MPH...

I see these spherical bearings are available at bearing supply houses, also see similar bear used on shock absorber ends. It looks like Southern uses a large nut (?) probably bored out to 1.00 inch with bearing pressed in. Thanks again, Paul

I pulled the left lower hinge off, on closer examination it does look very similar to the SGT. Will check with them. Thanks Morten!!
