Yeah your right, ive figured out a way of shortening the upper column but still keeping it calapsable, and hopefully the bottem will calapse enough to get it to fit.

It's a gtforte chassis but hasn't had any brackets welded on yet so l can modify to fit thanks.

Anybody have or know of anyone that makes gearbox mounts for a UN1 gearbox. The amount of these gearbox's that have been used , you would think that there'd be loads about, but l can't seem to find any. Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to say, l had a fair bit of steel missing from my chassis kit but couldn't be bothered to try and get it from Darren so l bought it from a local steel stockholders.

Gtforte , is still in business, he is trading in north wales. I have one of his chassis and its ok and goes together well . But then he doesn't make them , gets someone else to do it. Ive had first hand experience of his body kit , and it's terrible really bad so don't buy one !!
