Probably Craigslist.com. Freight would kill you on eBay, and listing as "pick up only" at the Bay would limit how many people are willing to bid. That's how I got a 302 boat motor with no ring grooves, sludge, or measurable wear for $25. It happened to be just over in the next town.
Since it is a truck engine, you may try some of those enthusiast sites. I like fullsizebronco.com and gofastbronco.com. Plenty of others with national membership. Good luck.
