A Jolly Bruntingthorpe Adventure

As part of the asda charity day 4 gt40 nutters turned up (some leaving home at 5am just to make it in time) to give people a ride around the massive Bruntingthorpe circuit. Lots of money was raised for various charities with the GT40 "team" raising over £600 alone and great fun was had by all (we had 2 GT40 carb fires, a puncture - thanks to chris for helping fix that makes up for your spectacular GT40 spins).

Great to hear that a good time was had by all, but I wonder how events like this advertised to club members so that they can either consider taking part, or at least going along to watch or buy a ride?
I don't recall seeing anything on the club website or in the mag.

Hi Chris, I am pretty sure this was posted on the web site as I recall.
Peter Bryant from Coventry normally organizes it but was otherwise engaged so, as I recall, asked for it to be put on our web site.
