Does anyone know the record number ($$$) paid for a license plate? An auctioneer friend of mine, recently sold a single digit tag (#9), for $180,000! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
That seems like a lot of money for a piece of sheet metal!

Won't have my special Plate till Feb 04. Vanity plates must be applied for in November here in Indiana, but I did get what I want, "Of course I have to pay Fran Hall a Royality for the idea". It will be VIX 40
