Body positioning pins

Anyone know where i can find nice billet pins? I tried searching but found nothing

The correct question is "do any of my friends have a lathe?"

I've wondered about this and the latches as well. I've been playing with cad thinking I will mill something with my little toy cnc router.

Been working on this in my few stolen moments.

Once I have the design and tool paths sorted, it should be just clamp a piece of aluminum in and let it chooch for a hour... per piece. I'm making a different one for the front and back, so the push part on the back is closer to the contour of the clam, but I don't have the ability to put all of the dimples and lettering. I'm limited to a 3 axis machine and 2.5 axis software.
