You are one lucky guy.
One day you will have to offer a tour of your collection.
Still waiting to complete my CAV car but one day will be done.

Chuck, I thought you might get a kick out of this photo....it is me driving your car! Nice toys!

I'm on the verge of touching myself inappropriatel
Running a 302? I could have sworn they had 4.6 DOHC's in the Panoz. Maybe that's the street car version. Anyways, very nice car and absolutely killer collection you have!!!! I am jealous.

I was at the last school [ advanced racing ] last month to use them.

The school cars are different from the GT-2 or " series car".

These cars were never log booked - the are great for DE but probably won't pass tech to get a log book without mods.

Make sure to get spare parts from Panoz if you can - body parts are custom molded.

Do not hard launch the car or you will bend the rear control arms. I saw a couple of people have to buy them at the schools.

It is a good deal and a nice car enjoy .

Like you I am bnroker than broke. However couldn't turn down a green '83 308 GTS with a great history. I will close the deal Friday. Having the Car shipped to shop in Summerfield to have fluids changed, new fuel in tank, new plugs and NC inspection and hope to drive or ship it home.
I had a green Chairs and flairs Dino and coc0 brown 308 GTB and now have both in one.
With the Cav car; have to have it shipped East than put all the varied pieces from many places together. Ironically NC will allow registration as Replica of whatever in March or April of '08.
I have to speak with DMV to see if can have it temporary than change it to that in April. Otherwise have to have to bite bullet and have it be Custom whatever. SC is a lot better about Reg than NC at present.
We are closing in and hope to finbish before the well is dry at the bank.
Insurance denials is killing our practice and making it hard to even break even though working harder than ever ans seeing more patients than ever. We can't keep up with exspenses and insurance denials etc.

I know the feeling Mort, what is your specialty again?

Charlie, we got a bunch of spares and the body molds. We are working on a spec Panoz(for lack of a better word) class in a few series, but word has it we will probably quailfy for some of the established classes with little changes. For me ,it is about HPDE for my son and I, where it leads after that , who knows.

Real relaxation after work, if daylight, is going for a twenty mile drive in an '05 Elise. You ask why daylight because need to see there are no blue lights around.
With what you bought would throw transporter plates on it and go for test spin.
