Early GT40 replica pictures

I took these pictures at a car show some time in the early eighties. The car seems to be an early KVA (pre C-type chassis) and to be fitted with a Ford V6 engine. LOVE the door handles!!!!!

Still a beautiful car even with the little tires. Does this have a swing axle suspension?
You cant see too clearly in the pics but the way that coilover is placed thats what it looks like. Engine looks like the german 2.6 or 2.8 ford. The guy that owned this was probably very proud of this.
