fiberglass body mold?

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to make a fiberglass mold? I wanted to make a mold for my kellison body what materials would I need to make it? is there a link that shows how to make a mold or plans? once I have the mold made what is the body made of fiberglass sheets or a resin/jelly? sorry I am sorta new to this.
