GT40 no vinyls

Hi, I'm sort of new here but I was looking at the original GT40p/1075 and all the pictures that came up were it with no decals. The S.E.V Marchal was gone, the Girling was gone ect. Please tell me that wasn't the original and if it was WHY?




If you can clear this up for me it would be much appreciated

Supporting sponsorship has long since vanished for these cars since their retirement, the exception may be the Gulf sponsorship, more iconic / decorative ties.

Current owners may not care for full livery, the P1076 restoration (Racing Icons website) wears sponsorship, who's to say.
