Help required with Mcleod throw out

I'm trying to get my Mcleod 1400 series hydraulic throwout release bearing apart to fit new seals.The piston doesn't want to come off the base can anyone help?

Yes I got it done ok Markus. From memory I had to apply a bit more pressure than I would have liked but it worked without any problems.Quite a simple device really. I think I used the press and set it up to push the outside part off. The rest of the detail now escapes me like a large part of my memory these days.
