Quick lift jack plates

Does anyone have a drawing of the front and rear quick lift jack plates?

I did have for the front ones and I sent them to one of our members in the USA. He may still have it saved.

 

Dave, I will draw one up for you. I think Jay Cushman sells the real ones.
