Let me start first by introducing myself, my name is George Smith and I live in San Diego Ca. I joined the GT40s forum to hopefully resolve an issue that occured a few years back.
I am currently the Marketing and Sales Director for Barrett Engineering Inc., the company that makes RaceMate Alternators and Water Pumps among other things.
It has been brought to my attention that in June or July of 2007, one of your members has had a bad experience with my company. It is my firm belief that customer service is key in any business, and although this member cancelled his order, he is still a customer of ours.
I am not one to make excuses or assign blame, and even though this occured before my time, it still refleckes badly on my company as a whole.
I would like to let everybody know that we are up and running full operations and have some new products to check out.
