Registration Issues

I need a little help with the registration process.

I'm taking delivery of a silver CAV tomorrow (I'll post pictures when I can figure it out), and I'll need to do that SB100 thing that allows you to register the car as what it appears to be. the car's complete with engine, etc.

I've already got the intial DMV work done, the CHP inspection, and thus the VIN and temporary permit so I can drive it.

Here's my question - do I need any specific paperwork to take to the DMV when I apply for the SPCNS Certificate of Sequence? I gather they send it to you 7-10 days later, but it doesn't say what else I need to have when I apply for it. I don't have the B. A. R. or the light and brake inspection yet

Does anyone know? Can I just show up and apply with nothing else needed?

Thanks,
Marty

Check out our old pal "Meat" on <cobratrader.com> . He has a really good article on Calif. registration under SB100.
