everything ok for IVA
Noise levels are a pain though as new IVA has been reduced to 99db at 4000rpm (ish) - gonna try new silencers - maybe will try some exhaust cut out types for loud and quite.... pity as the RCR ones sound wicked.....can do something after though.....cough!!!

Dont think noise is an issue in US?????

In the US, noise restrictions seem to be tighter at the track than on the street but it appears to differ by state. In the state I currently reside, Utah, you have to pass yearly safety/emissions inspections, in other states you pass once and you are good for the life of the vehicle. Gotta love consistency!

In this case, I think inconsistency is a good thing

One of the benefits of "state's rights" is that it allows states to draft laws that appeal to different constituencies and compete for residents. While I think it would be nice if we could get all the states to have a "pass once good for life system", I'm grateful that annual inspections have not been mandated across the entire US and I have the opportunity to live in a state that is "pass once".
