Says it's the same footprint as the 9080. If that's the case, it's going to be a squeeze. The 9080's pan on the bottom is WIDE and won't fit between the lower control arms on an Active Power without some frame and control arm modifications.

But maybe it's not as wide on the bottom 4" as the 9080. Otherwise, looks like a great option.

Yes,
if it cannot be inverted it will not work for an original type chassis. It may be a choice for cars that use a "crank above the input shaft" configuration.

Am I missing something? Photos appear to show input shaft above axles?

I have 9080 sitting in my garage. the transmission part is high. Sharing the DCT's dimensions but there is no pan and valve body on the bottom, so it's not so obvious, but yes, the axle flanges are about 2.5" above the crank CL

If someone finds dimensions for it let me know, can have a look how it fits.
Based on pictures i am afraid that it is atleast as big and bulky as the graziano box.
