Hillary running for POTUS .

A correction: It is not Cruz who can't get a mortgage. It is Rubio. I was mistaken.

The only non-GOP candidate that doesn't make me sick is Sanders. Hillary makes me want to throw up. And I am a lifelong Democrat. If it comes down to Hillary versus Jeb, it will be a vote for your choice of dynasties. What a pile of crap.

The only good thing I can say is that the GOP free-for-all will be so wide open that it will be highly entertaining. It will be fun to watch them all cut each other up and then pretend to like each other afterwards. My money is on Carson to make the biggest fool of himself; doctors do this routinely, and neurosurgeons are the worst of all of us.

As far as Hillaray campaigning for the middle class- right, what did you expect? What bullshit. NO ONE campaigns on behalf of the poor, right? And NO ONE campaigns on behald of the rich, right? EVERYONE campaigns on behalf of the middle-class. Right? Sure- they all do it.

And WHY do they do it? Because the same politicians who have ceaselessly campaigned on behalf of the middle class then go to Washington, or to the state capitals, and proceed to screw the living shit out of the middle class.

It's kind of like "I fixed it until it didn't work anymore. Before I fixed it, it worked fine" If it weren't for all the politicians who profess to love and admire the middle class so much, the middle class would be far better off than they are. As it is, they are in the main just fucked.

Here's the deal, folks- there are essentially two candidates telling the truth right now- Sanders and Paul. That's it. If you want an electable candidate who isn't lying, you're out of luck. Along with everyone else in this country.

And, I wish I had a rotten tomato to throw at every one of these bastards who are rhapsodizing about the middle class and how much they admire and love them. The tongues of these people should rot in their mouths. They are professional and accomplished liars. Being fucked by the government is what happened to the middle class. They didn't get themselves into the hole they're all in. Their trusted elected officials did it for them.

Your wife absolutely has my condolences. I can't imagine what that was like. I hope she didn't have to sit next to her in class.

Then again, I went to college with John Podesta and that wasn't bad. I think we were all stoned most of the time.

I'm no fan of Hillary Clinton but what does that 12 second sound bite have to do with anything?

Sound bite-itis is part of the problem as to why we have gotten to this bad place in politics that we are in now.

Bernie says a lot of good stuff and seems genuinely concerned about people, rather than getting elected.

Where I lose him is on free trade. He just seems to be reflexively against it and thinks we can keep t-shirt factories in the US with laws. We can't.

This is a truly depressing election. No one of real substance or vision on either side, save Sanders (D) or maybe Pataki (R), and neither have a real chance.

...what does that 12 second sound bite have to do with anything?

'Clearly shows her mindset. 'Shows her dismissive, 'overlord' attitude toward "the little people" (Leona Helmsley) ...as well as her superiority complex, her sense of self-entitlement, ‘her arrogance, narcissism, egotism, smugness and pomposity to mention a few things that immediately come to mind.

The woman is a total p-h-o-n-e-y.

It looks to me like she asking some folks who may? may not have? jumped a line to get in line.

Who knows?

Sound bitism: if you think you can reach those conclusions from a 12 second video, you too are part of the problem.

Once again you're assuming facts not in evidence...but, as long as we're 'guessing' here, I would guess Clinton would have preceded her admonishment with a reference to said presumed transgression had it occurred...in which case the admonishment would have been in order.

It's interesting to note that no one in her camp has, as of now anyway, provided anything that supports your theory...and one would think they'd have been on that like green on grass if they did have something.

Dang, it appears to me she was asking the person who elbowed her way in to go to the autograph line. I'm certainly not a fan of Mrs. Clinton but this is akin to blasting Marco Rubio over his wife's traffic tickets.
On a related note, she has to be doing pantsuit cartwheels over a blowhard like Mr. Trump entering the race, especially on the day her associate Mr. Bluminthal discloses Benghazi emails not provided (in spite of subpoenas) to the investigating House committee by either Mrs. Clinton or the State Department. Mr. Trump's display of his sheer ignorance completely overshadowed the email disclosure. Now everything stupid Mr. Trump says can be cast as "a leading Republican candidate's" position on such and such is...
He's an attention whore who I suspect will pull out of the race before his full financial disclosures are required. It is also interesting to note that Mr. Trump has been a significant contributor to Mrs. Clinton's campaigns in the past. She received donations from both him and son Donald Trump Jr. on separate occasions in 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007, according to state and federal disclosure records. Mr. Trump has also been generous with the Clinton Foundation, donating at least $100,000, according to the non-profit's records.
Between his nonsense over Mr. Obama's birth certificate and his frequent attacks on Republican candidates (especially Jeb Bush -who I met before he went into politics), one has to wonder whose side he is really on -other than his own. Certainly Mrs Clinton in the White House would be in a position to do his sorted business ventures wonders...
So now there are actually two people that if her opponent, would garner my vote for Mrs. Clinton.

Again...the vid doesn't even so much as hint that was the case, Pat. So, one would have to assume, had that actually been the case, the Clinton camp surely would have provided video confirming it by now.

No Larry, they don't give two shits about a short clip some right wingnut blogger posted on teh web.

Seriously dude, I don't like her either but to draw those basically pretty hateful conclusions from a 12 second vid of her asking folks to get in line is pretty ridiculous.

Veek, agree 100%. Imagine that.

Seriously, "DUDE," the "hate" label won't work on me. Neither will the homophobe, Mexiphobe, "BIGOT!!!", or "RACIST!!!" labels/accusations/monikers...so you may just as well 'ferget' about trying to intimidate me by using 'em.

Those "hateful conclusions" were simply confirmed by the vid. I've held those views for years.

That Donald Trump is a candidate and is actually taken "seriously" is testament that the electoral process is well and truly fucked! I doubt he is qualified to be elected dog catcher in Podunk. Plus he has a nicer aircraft than SAM 26000/27000, why would he want to downgrade? Of course the White House would need a remodel to meet "Trump Standards" so new shag carpets and gold plated bath fixtures will need to be procured from one of his casinos. No problem with cost, he has an account at Home Depot.

I hereby announce that I am not now, and will never be a candidate for the Republican party for POTUS. That makes me, what, one of three people in the US NOT running for the job?

As stated it seems only a few "out-there" candidates are actually telling the truth and not bending the answers to be "electable"................the founders are about to hit their rev limiters!

As has been stated both here and elsewhere on more than one occasion, always having to vote for what amounts to the lesser of two evils is getting old.

It would be nice to once again have the opportunity to vote FOR candidate 'A' rather than AGAINST candidate 'B'. 'Haven't been able to do that since I-can't-remember-when.

But, in the end, what difference will it likely make. With darned few exceptions I can think of at the moment, the person we elect more often than not quickly morphs into someone else.
