RCR GT MKI kits for sale? Question!

Been trying to compare the prose and cons of the differnet versions of the RCR MKI. I guess these questions are geared to Fran or others that have been down this road....

Here, I see this older kit is for sale (again) on both Craigslist at $34K (Deluxe Kit)

Ford RCR GT40

and ebay:

vs, this other (newer) kit that was a Deluxe Plus kit offered at $38.5K on GT40s.com and a few other kit sites:

They are only a few thousand dollars apart, but which is the more complete of the two (and cheaper to finish off)? Obviously the latter car has all the updates, so what does that make this older kit worth?
