You confuse commonly accepted popular opinion for FACT. You insist that he can't be part of the 12% that have caucasian DNA, yet you have no idea if he does or not. So...like most things in this category...your assumptions lead you to including him in your opinion, whether he wants to be or not.
I don't trust what the general opinion of a majority of people is. The general population and the majority are often those that understand a situation the LEAST. That is why an issue like ENFORCING immigration laws has become a RACE battle, instead of an issue of national security. All because the majority of the illegals don't like what they fear may happen to them for being here illegally...and the twaddle-brained libs who feel bad for their own white-skin, so they jump on the band-wagon with their politically correct BS that has no basis in reality.
All in all, a very disgusting mess that has NADA to do with how this world actually functions.

So you look up wikipedia, lol... Try the CIA which is ran by the U.S. government and they don't sugar coat when it comes to race. And remember we are latin our origins are greatly influenced by the people of Latium and that's what also gives us the typical olive skin tone like Italians and the rest. Also that test that you took those numbers from is totally biased and inconclusive. If I go and pick the one hundred or thousand individuals from east Los Angeles then I could prove that the U.S. population is all native indian of Mexican tribes. So you understand my point, if this test was done in Loiza it will say that the whole island is African, but if done in the inner mountains it will show all or mostly all of European ancestry. Scholars in Puerto Rico are mostly anti American and socialists and those also are anti Spain in some ways. I can't also stand how they like the American dollar, but talk smack. I mean I dislike that the USA took us the way they did and that we are no longer Spaniards as we could claim a hundred years ago, but come on we are Americans from birth, have an American passport and the island isn't a third world country. I stand against illegal immigration, but against prejudice or racism.

Well, if you know your history, then you know that the founding fathers were generally first- or second-generation native born Americans, with their family histories being English for the most part, and wealthy English at that. Jefferson and Washington are typical examples. The spanish language was as prevalent in the original Colonies as are surf boards in Alaska today - that is, non-existent.
Spanish was spoken somewhat in the Southern States later incorporated into the Colonies by virtue of the legacy effect of Spanish and Portugese explorers in the 1400's/1500's most prevalent in Central America. But, that incorporation/annexation came much later, and is a much more recent addition to the US cultural melting pot. No doubt, today, hispanic culture is a big part of US culture in the Southern States, less so in the north. Part of that is the relatively open borders (illegal and not) we have historically had with Mexico, and a much higher birth rate amongst hispanics than the average across the whole US population.
The question we're wrestling with now is, does this marginal shift in overall demographics over time mean that we now have to be a multi-lingual country? Not necessarily.

The tests of which he talks about is the propaganda of the socialist minds or the one with the inferiority complex and mostly of anti american government. The first test was done in New York where the people who migrated there from the island were of lower income and those were mostly black or mulattos. The second test was biased too testing specific individuals to reach a biased result.
It's true that now when I visit over there the island that I was born in has died and the memory can only be found in my generation or older people. Now I give a damn about that island since it has become a living hell to me, I have come to dislike more than half the people. Any reaggeton(spelling) monkey with a brain thinks that he is equal or wants to claim that everyone is. Is revolving around low class stuff and everything with class is great, but in four million only about one and a half is into it... Everyone who is educated either stays there to make lots of money or is forced to leave so he can enjoy his life. I truly don't understand how so many successful people can stay and live in that hot, loud and small humid chaos.
Anyway getting back to subject, this guy doesn't know anything about me, but claims that I have native and black in my bloodline, lol. Didn't he read that my whole direct bloodline was DNA(both parents and others) tested and is completely European. In my ancestry there are people from Portugal, Basque Country(fathers side), Castille and Canary Islands. By the way I still have family in Spain which we keep close with.
I have never considered myself a Puerto Rican, but a Cuban or a New World Basque/Spaniard.
