Oliver (or John or whatever name you go by), please exercise some restraint. You're impatience is now legendary and we all appreciate that you are on the list at RF and want to know what's going on with your car every moment as much as possible.
Apparently your car is not currently in build, so quit asking about "the list". You'll know when it's going into build because you'll have to make another milestone payment (this assumes you didn't pay 100% in advance) Frankly, a company's backlog list is none of your business and would only be made available to you at the discretion of the company owner(s). If you don't like it, too bad.
It's clear that a new startup site as RF is doing in South Africa will encounter the occasional hiccup, however, it seems things are proceeding none-the-less. If you really don't think everything will turn out, then you should take control of your own situation and seek a refund and look elsewhere.
just a couple more helpful hints for you:
1) spell check your posts - a well worded and properly spelled post will come across as more compelling. This will give you instant credibility and it's very easy.
2) resist the ALL CAPS in some of your more belligerent posts as this indicates yelling which is patently rude - didn't anyone ever advise you that you'll have more success by getting people to like you even if you don't necessarily like them?
3) do not try to paint others as remiss with their company management - you seem hell bent on complaining about RF and I've seen you alluding to some growing dissatisfaction with the Valve Covers on another thread. When you build a GT replica, you are basically a 'general contractor' and it's on you to coordinate the buy of all the systems, subsystems, etc. If you find yourself struggling with every vendor on your list - maybe the problem is you and your expectations.
Bottom line - this forum is a great source of info and can also lead to some great friendships. If you expect to have anyone help you with your GT, you'll go farther by being friendly with everyone on the board. If you have specific personal issues with your sales order, I recommend you deal directly with Hersh or Robert; I believe these two have shown complete openness to dealing with customer requests as appropriate. Neither of these gentlemen make any effort to hide from any of us.
