Anyone have any info on the size of bolts/screws typically used for the headlight covers? I'm looking at installing threaded nuts into the fiberglass and then bolting the covers down.
i used these for my gt40 lens and will be using them for side screensMine are probably going on and off during fitting and bodywork more that a Superformance car. I don’t want to rely on the fiberglass holding up to screws.
Thanks Jerry, what screws did you use. Many thanks, Adriani used these for my gt40 lens and will be using them for side screens

indeed, this is the way to go on the fibreglass end. Use m4 aluminium (aluminum if in the US ;-)) countersunk anodised Allen head screws. For the Lexan part: taper the bore holes with a suitable drill bit, wood bits will do for boring the straight sections...i used these for my gt40 lens and will be using them for side screens
