Headlight cover bolt size?

Mine are probably going on and off during fitting and bodywork more that a Superformance car. I don’t want to rely on the fiberglass holding up to screws.

indeed, this is the way to go on the fibreglass end. Use m4 aluminium (aluminum if in the US ;-)) countersunk anodised Allen head screws. For the Lexan part: taper the bore holes with a suitable drill bit, wood bits will do for boring the straight sections...
