Saw a FFR tractor and trailer at the service plaza, just north of OK in Ks last night. Had a pick of the GTM on the side and out of CT or MA. Is that one of the factory trucks or one of the teams racing?

You can still get the 5.4L GT aluminum block from several places. This will work well if you are going to use a ricardo transaxle as it is set up for dry sump and has no starter opening, as it is on the transaxle

FAST XFI system may work not sure if they are set up for 12 cyl. engine or not.

Look into a Fast throttle body, at the same time you can upgrade to the new LSXR 102mm intake and throttle body.

I am looking at using RHS Aluminum tall block LSx 502ci with dry sump system and possibly twin turbo set-up but was not sure of space for the intercoolers, pipeing and turbos them self. Trying to put togeather a few different ideas and then work out my choice from there.

Yes the factory uses a ugly style bracket then mounts it up under the dash. You could either drill thought the fins and mount it that way or make mounts into the small groves along the edge. Do mount it with rubber bushings or mounts if you mount it to a plate. Vibration will kill it, also try...

If the intake does not need to be a cast style. Then I would check with either Hogan or Wilson manifolds about a sheetmetal style. Most of hogans intakes listed on there price print out are under $2500 and you could get it built to you specs that you need. This way you could have injector bung...

Allex if you want the size of a LSX but are looking for a lighter block check out RHS. They now have an aluminum block. will accept 4.600" stroke crnak and 4.165" bore. This comes out to 501ci

That is what I had thought, main reason for going with dry sump system was FE have been know for aving oiling isssues in the past

Will these work with a dry sump system? I am planning on running a 427 FE motor with the Aviad dry sump system. With the electric valve can you use it for both pre-lube and oil pressure lose?
