Re: Sabre GT40 unfinished kit in S Florida USA for sale Thanks GTPVette, yes we are right down the street! Any chance your GTM is red & was at the Naples show a few years back? That is the seller I bought the car from (in VA), they had bought it from Luis (in FL), the original owner. I just...

Sabre GT40 unfinished kit in S Florida USA *SOLD*

Hello all, thanks for taking a look. I’ve avoided this as long as I can, but I simply must sell my dream car. I’ve resisted time & time again as circumstances arose, but now it’s all simply too much, and I don’t have any time to give it now regardless. The car is a Sabre, originally ordered...

    Identify that rivet!

I'm pretty sure with the 408 w/ stacks & snakes that won't be an issue. My problem is if I know it's there I'll "hear" it regardless  I should be alright without removing them though. Thanks for the tips in case I do!

    Identify that rivet!

What's with the square drive in the center then? I was mainly hoping it was removable, if not I'm probably not going to take them out as they're going into the frame & don't want to have a bunch of shavings & ends stuck in there forever. I'll send a message to them as well. Thank you all!

    Identify that rivet!

Alright everyone, I've never seen a rivet like this before & have called a few rivet specialty places & they were not able to identify it either. I apologize for the picture quality; it's blown up a touch to show the detail. The actual size of the rivet head is about 5/16". The head appears to...

    1967 Sebring Poster

Ran across the '67 poster elsewhere & did some looking around. Still not seeing any reproductions yet, but I did see a picture from Christie's auction of an original, just thought I'd share for those interested. From Christie's auction found here Sebring, 1967 - An original poster for the...

    Distributorless conversion

I know when the MS 3 had just come out both the cam sensor & crank wheel were required, but something I ran across on the forums a while back made it sound like it was only because they were still adding to the programming to get away with just the cam sensor. I talked to some of the MegaSquirt...

    All kinds of questions...

Thanks for confirming that for me Bob! Anyone have any pointers for cam selection with the crossover headers & stack injection, or is it safe to just plunge ahead as normal? Thanks all! :chug:

Big feet in little foot boxes...

Ya, I've got some Piloti's I got for the Vette, but they're not real driver shoes IMVHO, still too thick around everything really. Too bad Diesel stopped making shoes in my size in that lovely thin design they had, those were absolutely perfect! Here's what I'm hoping to try next go 'round...
