Most likely an Eaton since there usually exchanged for a Kb or whipple and can be had for much less than the other two. My son has one in our basement at the moment so I'll have to compare the two. Thanks! Mark

David, Has anyone attempted to place an Eaton or Whipple s'charger on their 40? I don't know if the space constraints from the rear deck would prohibit it etc? They can easily get the owner a quick 100+ h.p. if the motor can handle it. Many of the "terminator Mustangs" are seeing 500 -600 hp...

Thomas, The new Ford 5.0L in the stock Mustang Gt puts out around 412 HP at the crank, while the 5.0L in the Boss 302 is around 444 H.P. If you compare the HP per cubic inch, the Fords are definately putting out more power. Mark
